My first 4 years in the business, I have made New Jersey Circle of Excellence each year. Less than the top 2% of all Sales Agents in Bergen County achieve Circle Of Excellence status.
Weichert Mentor (Ft. Lee Office). Within my first year, Weichert asked me to be a Mentor to the new agents being hired in our office.
Weichert Call Center Coordinator (Ft. Lee Office). Within my first year, Weichert asked me to coordinate and manage the weekly call sessions. I was respsonsible for motivating and instructing the Agents making calls to clients and potential clients. I was then responsible record and report our results reach week to Weichert headquarters.
I work full-time in real estate, and I am a very professional, hard-working agent. I know the market well and I know business.
